A great series of GVPC instructors will be teaching from "The Parables of Jesus" by James Montgomery Boice, covering two to three parables each week. Please join us Sunday morning at 9 AM from July 4 to September 5.
Our Adult Education Program: (not currently applicable as we are on Summer Schedule)
After a few weeks of inspiring Electives our regular adult Sunday School classes resumed on March 14th. Coffee is available in the café, and classes begin at 9:30 AM or shortly thereafter. We invite you to attend one of the opportunities described below.
Challenge
The well prepared Bob Irvine has just begun teaching a series on Exodus that will run through June. The Challenge class meets in the Chapel.
Questers
Questers class will be studying Effective Stewardship by Acton Media. Christian stewardship is about more than money we drop into the collection plate. In this video based study we will learn to think critically and biblically about the areas that have been entrusted to us by God. This course is open to everyone and facilitated by various leaders.

Sojourners
Tim Holland is teaching a series on the Prodigal son based on two books: The Prodigal God by Tim Keller and The Return of the Prodigal Son by Henri Nouwen. The Sojourners class meets in the back of Fellowship Hall and is known for their thoughtful discussions.
Shema
The Shema class is studying the book Reconciling All Things: A Christian Vision for Justice, Peace and Healing by Emmanuel Katongole and Chris Rice. This informal class meets in the conference room.
Koinonia
Pastor Dan Stewart is teaching a series on Galatians, loosely based on John Stott’s commentary Only One Way. This lively class meets in the Gym.
