Christian Education Electives for March/April 2025
Starting Sunday, March 2 we will offer two new electives during our Adult Christian Education Hour (CEH). These new classes meet from 9 am to 10 am each Sunday morning through the end of February.

You can choose from two classes for this round of electives (click "read more" for full descriptions). Classes meet from 9am to 10am each Sunday morning. While not required to attend, your registration is helpful to us in determining the classrooms and materials for our classes.
From the Depths to the Heights – The Psalms in Real Life
Led by GVPC Elders
The Psalms are a masterpiece of praise. They are very honest about human experience and express a variety of human emotions: grief and sorrow, joy and delight, anger and rage, peace and calm, fear and worry, faith and hope, shame and confession, praise and thanks. As one scholar writes, "From the deepest pits to the highest heavens, these songs tell stories about real life in a cursed world with a covenant God."
