First Thursday: The Gospel of John

Our November program will be THE GOSPEL OF JOHN: The Passion, The Crucifixion, The Resurrection, a one-man chamber theater production by former GVPC staff member Dana Smith. This performance is the account of these events as told by one of Jesus’ closest friends, a man named John. The script is not a re-write; it is straight from the pages of the Bible – specifically chapters 18-20 of John’s Gospel.

Please plan to join us for this unique dramatic presentation! Everyone is invited (not just seniors)! First Thursday Senior Fellowship meets at 11:45 in Fellowship Hall for devotions and lunch, followed by Dana’s presentation at 1:00 pm. Everyone is welcome, but please help us prepare by signing up.
