"After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, 'Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!'" - Revelation 7:9-10

Jaime began his ministry at age 24 working in the media department with Wycliffe Bible Translators, dubbing the Jesus Film into different languages in Peru. In 2000 he traveled to the US to study vernacular media, and in 2004 he was invited by Hossan organization in New Mexico (faithcomesbyhearing.com) to start recording in audio the New Testament for the different languages in Peru.

In 2009 he started a non-profit organization called ILMAV (Impacting Minorities Languages with Audio Visual) to train people in how to do dubbing and recording for other languages. Today, ILMAV's full-time staff of nine serves minority groups in Peru and Latin America by providing knowledge based on the Word of God through the development of audiovisual materials. Since 2009, ILMAV has produced Scripture recordings in 65 languages and has dubbed film and audio Bible resources.
