The goal of BeMultiplied is to help the church fulfill the Great Commission by providing high quality Biblical training that equips and multiplies servant leaders in restricted access counties. Rich serves as a Course Facilitator and travels three times a year to India to bring Biblical, seminary-level courses to pastors, church planters, or women’s ministry leaders, almost all first-generation converts. They study the course materials in their own language, then teach them to groups of other current and future leaders.

Rich also directs the BeMultiplied's primary teacher training, called EMSL, held twice yearly at the Colorado Springs office. He recently wrote an advanced training course (Church Dynamics) for pastors and church leaders that will be used widely in most of BeMultiplied's fields.

Rich lives near Denver, Colorado with his wife, Becky. They have two adult children and five grandchildren. He grew up at Great Valley and his parents, the late Peter and Isabelle V., were active members.
