Mike and Rachelle along with their 4 children serve with Pioneers, an organization committed to mobilizing teams to live among unreached people groups and plant local churches to spark disciple-making movements. As appointees with Pioneers, the Scotts are preparing to serve full-time in Central Asia, joining a church-planting team focused on reaching the impoverished rural communities with the Gospel and establishing multiplying local churches.

Mike serves through a Kingdom-focused agricultural business, applying his background in agricultural engineering and leadership to develop sustainable farming solutions that foster relationships and open doors for workplace discipleship. Rachelle focuses on building relationships with local women and families, supporting language learning, hospitality, and community engagement. Together, they seek to see thriving, self-sustaining churches grow among the local people of Central Asia.
